- The purpose of this research was to determine the measurements of soluble protein of Aeromonas hydrophila. The research had been done in May – July 2015 at Veterinary Faculty of Airlangga University and Tropical Disease Center of Airlangga University. Three samples used in this study were protein isolated from Aeromonas hydrophila. The methode on used in this research is Nano Drop Spectrophotometer. This module displays the UV spectrum, measures the protein’s absorbance at 260 nm and calculates the concentration (mg/ml). The results of the measurements showed that sample 1 : 28,61 mg/ml ; sample 2 : 32,73 mg/ml, sample 3 : 34,56 mg/ml.
