  • The purpose of this study was to describe histopatologycal changes of mice (Mus musculus) seminiferous tubules infected by Brucella suis. Twenty four mice were divided into six treatment groups which each group consists of four mice, P0 as control was given distilled water sub cutan, meanwhile P1, P2, P3, P4, and P5 were infected with Brucella suis 1x105 cells/ml, and then sacrified at different weeks as fourth, fifth, sixth, seventh, and eight weeks respectively. The data of histopatologycal changes of seminiferous tubules was examine with Jhonsen’s score model. Then, the data analyzed using Kruskall-Wallis test and continued by Mann-Whitney test. The result of this study showed there was significant (p˂0,05) different between treatment groups which is the score of seminiferous tubules at eight weeks was the worst.
