  • This study aimed to determine the reactivity of 30 kDa protein Aeromonas hydrophila. The reactivity is indicated by a binding between the antigen and antibody of rabbit (Oryctolangus cuniculus) that is based in the optical density score in indirect ELISA technique. The isolated Aeromonas hydrophila was characterized in previous research using Western-Blot and SDS-PAGE method, produced Aeromonas hydrophila protein that stated in 30 kDa has potential immunogenic. Three male rabbits immunized with 1 ml of adjuvant as control, 108 cfu/ml whole protein of Aeromonas hydrophila as P1 and 2.5x107 IU/ml of protein 30 kDA Aeromonas hydrophila as P2 respectively. Immunization was done four times with an interval of 14 days. Antibody titer tested by indirect ELISA technique from collected serum. The result showed that the antibody titer after immunization IV (1.550) higher than after immunization I (1.341) and pre-immune (1.219).
