- The aim of this study was investigate the positive effect of Phyllanthus niruri Linn plant infusum on histopathological liver of tilapia (Oreochromis niloticus) infected by Aeromonas hydrophila. Twenty tilapia at average weight of 15 gram, size 5 cm were infected by Aeromonas hydrophila in 106CFU/ml concentration. Tilapia on group P0(+),P1,P2,P3 with Aeromonas hydrophila infected for 24 hours were treated by dipping in meniran plant infusum at dose 10% (P1), 20% (P2) and 30% (P3) for seven days, where as P0(-) was the negative control group. Experimental design using a completely randomized design with four replications on each treatment. The data of histopathological changes liver was analyzed with Kruskall Wallis test. The research showed there wereno significantly differences of liver histopathological changes between P3 and P0(-). It was proved that P3 was most effective dose in reducing histopathological changes.
