- Drugs management aims to ensure the availability of drugs as needed and evenly distributed from district / city level up to the Sub Unit of Health Services at the health center. A weak drug management characterized by the occurrence of the advantages and disadvantages of drugs or emptiness. Over the last 3 years there was a drug with a stagnant category in primary health centre in Surabaya. The research objective was to evaluate the drug management at the health center seen from the implementation of management supervision, recording and reporting of drugs and drug management. This study uses descriptive observational research with cross sectional design. The subject of this research is pharmacist at the health center. Analysis of the data used is the linear effect of simple and multiple. The results showed that the planning and distribution of drugs categorized as poor. But implementation needs to be enhanced by the presence of routine management supervision. Procurement of drugs and drug delivery are categorized either. Elements providing, distribution and delivery of the drug must be improved implementation as it affects the occurrence of stagnant drugs in health centers and all of these elements can work if it is supported by the recording and reporting of accurate medication. Recommendations: the need for a fixed procedure in the management of drugs in health centers, the need for formulary used as a guide in planning, providing and delivery of the drug as well as software that supports the recording and reporting of drugs in health centers.
