- The writer’s internship at EF English First was useful for developing her skill and knowing about the real world of work. The writer could learn how to deal with many duties and know how to communicate well with other staffs, also customer while she was working there. Those experiences made her realize the need to work in professional ways. By doing internship in English school course, the writer were able to apply some subjects which she had learned at the university into practice. It turned out that almost all of tasks were done utilizing skills that have been learned in the university, such as working with computers, speaking with staff and teacher in English, and asissting customer to get his or her needs. These gave the writer good feedback, because sometimes there were difficulties in executing her tasks. The writer assumes that EF English First is one of the right places for having an internship, especially for English Diploma major. It helps an intern to improve skills in English, so that the writer suggests her juniors to have their internship at EF English First.
