- The aim of this study is to investigate the positive effect of Phyllanthus niruri Linn leaf infusume onhistopathological liver of Osphronemus gouramy Lac. infected by Aeromonas hydrophila. TwentyOsphronemus gouramies with an average at 100 grams, size 12-15 cm body length were infected byAeromonas hydrophila in 106CFU/ml concentration. Osphronemus gouramy Lac. on group P(+), P1, P2, P3with Aeromonas hydrophila infected for 24 hours were treated by dipping in Phyllanthus niruri Linn. leafinfusum a dose of 10%, 20% and 30% for P1, P2, P3 for 5 days, where as P0(-) was the negative controlgroup. Experimental design using a completely randomized design with four replications on each treatment.The data of histophatological changes of liver was analyzed with Kruskall Wallis test. The research showedthere were no significantly differences of liver histopathological changes between P3 and P0(-). It wasproved that P3 was most effective dose in reducing histopathological changes.
