  • The research to Identify the effect of betle leaf juice (Piper betle Linn) on Staphylococcus sp. had been conducted The Staphylococcus sp. were isolated from animal’s wound infection exudates which obtained from Animal’s Hospital of Arlangga Universíty Surabaya. The research were done repeately for five repeatition which in-vitro dilution method on concentration of 100%. 90%, 80%, 70%. 60%, 50% • 40% and 30% betle leaf juice respectively The variable that had been monitorized was the minimum concentration of betle leaf juice which can inhibit and kill the Staphylococcus sp.
