- The aim of this research is to describe histopathological changes in the brains of mice that had been infected intravaginally by tachyzoite of Toxoplasma gondii. Eighteen mice were divided in two groups. First group (P0) was not treated and second group (P1) was infected by tachyzoite of T. gondii. Infection dose was 1.0x103. Eighteen mice after infection, all mice were sacrified and the brain were removed for histopathological preparations. The result showed that the brain of infected mice were gliosis, necrosis, hemorrhage, degeneration and there was tachyzoite of T. gondii.
