- The aim of this research is to determine T. gondii infection intravaginal in mice (Mus musculus). Experimental animals used in study were eighteen mice age 2-3 mounth with body weight 20-25 grams. Experimental animals were divided into two groups: mice in first group is given NaCl for control group, and second group was infected by tachyzoites of T. gondii 1x103 by intravagina. Eight days after experiment, mice sacrificed and vagina of all mice were taken for vagina histopathology preparations, were made for further observation. Each of the vagina of mice processed by Hematoxylin Eosin staining method. The data’s of observation were used descriptivy. This research showed that vagina mice infected by tachyzoites of T. gondii intravagina could be find erotion of the stratum corneum vagina, inflamatory cell, and hiperplation vagina mucosa. Base on the result showed that the infection of T. gondii tachyzoites cause pathological changes such as erosion , infiltration of inflamatory cells , and hiperplation.
