  • The experiment was aimed to investigate the effect of banana peel flour and fish meal flour substitution in peking duck diets on the reduction of blood cholesterol and blood HDL content of peking duck healthy. Flour banana peel was used as an ingredient substitution of high crude fiber and fish meal flour as a highprotein ingredient and nutritional supplements in the manufacture of feed rations in suppressing the use of expensive commercial This research using 20 Peking ducks which randomly divided into four treatments and five replicates which in consisted of five male Peking ducks for each replicate. The experimental diets contained banana peel flour and fish meal at levels of 0% (P0), 5% (P1), 10% (P2), and 15% (P3). This experiment used Completely Randomized Design. The data were analyzed using Analysis of Variances (ANOVA) and any significant differences were further tested using Duncan’s Multiple Range Test. The results showed that the treatment diets were significantly reduced the blood cholesterol content (p<0.05) and it was affect blood HDL significantly too (p<0.05).
