- Commonly economic development is indicated by the increasing of economic growth. Furthermore there is a change in economic structure from the economy based on primary sector to secondary and tersiary sector. The result o the research explain that Foreign and Domestic Investment influence the economic growth in the 1985-2006. Foreign Investment in communication, transportation, financial and services sectors support economic growth. However the influences to the growth of trade, hotel and restaurant sectors tend to decrease. On the other hand domestic investment has positive correlation with the growth of trade, hotel restaurant, communication, transportation and services sectors. However the growth of financial and enterprises sectors have no relation with the economic growth.
