- Information System on monitoring Non-Contagious Diseases in candidate Hajj pilgrims is the activity of the pilgrimage is the largest and routine activities are carried out annually by the Port Health Office Class I Surabaya, where every year a high risk of disease, cause of illness and death in the majority of pilgrims are non-contagious diseases. This research in the early stages is a descriptive observational study, at this stage of development of Operational Research is a research model. The variables studied were the input, process, output and system attributes on monitoring non-contagious diseases. Of the problems found, the developed model in the Information System on monitoring Non-Contagious Diseases pilgrims who meet at the Port Health Office of Surabaya. The main problem is that existing information systems is still done conventionally disconnected from the public health center, referral hospital, the City Health Office, Provincial Health Office to the Port Health Office . The solution is to develop a model information system on monitoring non-contagious diseases on line starting from the public health center, referral hospital, the City Health Office, Provincial Health Department, the Port Health Office until the Center of Pilgrimage through an integrated system of Web site.
