  • Education and Training Leadership is conducted in Mojokerto regency did not significantly influence career development. Where is the opportunity of education and training aluminum with non-alumni education and training have equal opportunities in position. This study aimed to describe the relationship between education and training leadership with career development. Conceptually career development is one indicator that needs to be studied, considering dealing with the development of human resources within an organization. Conceptually education and training one of variable that influences the development of career civil servants. This research is explanatory research conducted with quantitative data analysis. With 166 respondents selected randomly from the entire echelon III and IV proportionately. Data was collected through a questionnaire which has five multiple choice. The techniques of data analysis use SPSS. Ver 11.5. The results obtained are that the education and training leadership influence career development by 22%. Although for a career development variables included in either category, but it still needs to be improved mechanism for civil service promotion, education and leadership training in order to obtain more value in terms of promotion.
