- The Placement’s of Indonesian Labour (TKI) which go to abroad is one of the national program that aim to improve the labour prosperity by exploiting international job market. Placement’s of TKI to abroad is conducted by improving labour quality accompanied with the optimal protection. The identify of the problems are what and how the role execution on duty Labour, Transmigration And Society Department’s Province of East Java in order to right’s protection of Indonesian’s Labour (TKI) in Province of East Java and also how its interaction. This research aim to know the interaction and role related on duty in order to protect of their rights of Indonesian’s Labour. End of result from this research are the role on duty of Labour, Transmigration And Society Department’s Province of East Java in order to placed of Indonesian Labour which go to abroad with the rights protection that started from preparation’s phase, departure’s phase, during working to abroad till phase of arrival from outside country. Along of that's handling of TKI and duty execution is duties of Labour Department’s, it can be executed effectively in hence needed by protection system for CTKI / TKI which having coordination existence of functional cooperation and interaction which are solid and responsible between Labour, Transmigration And Society Department’s Province of East Java by entangling related institution.
