- Using condom is one of many ways to prevent HIV and AIDS. Unfortunately condom still has big stigma in Indonesia. In other hands, most people in Indonesia already did have sex in young ages with sex worker, include transgender male to female (MTF). This research aimed to explore transgender MTF’ client sexual behavior for HIV and AIDS prevention. This research was qualitative method used case study which six transgender MTF’ client in Kembang Kuning, Surabaya became informants. Information that related with their ages, social economic status, HIV and AIDS information from family, school, and religion, condom, provocateur, sexual Intercourse, sexual transaction, and sexual behavior, their awareness about condom were seeking from them. Sexual behavior among transgender MTF’ client were unpredictable and they did it in young ages without realized the effect. In conclusion, young people do sexual intercourse and don’t know how prevent all risk. Recommendation, young people need to understand the information about sexuality and reproduction since early ages, include information about condom and sexual intercourse risk.
