- This thesis evaluates training which consist of training variables, facilities, istructur, materials, methode and the participant of training, viewed from work productivity worker in embroidery handicraft industry Kemuteran Village Gresik. The research population are all of worker in sewing or embroidery division embroidery handicraft industry Kemuteran Village Gresik which has 62 people in total worker. While the research plan is observation research by crossectional approach, which means data are obtained at this point in one time observation. The hipothesis I and 2 using full regression test. The research result shows that base on full regression test, training which consists of training duration, facilities, istructur, materials, methods and participants, as collective are very significant to work productivity worker in embroidery handicraft industry Kemuteran Village Gresik. those six variables arc collectively gives 93,8 1i6 to work productivity worker in embroidery handicraft industry Kemuteran Village Gresik. Based on full regression analysis, acknowledge data which instructor free variabels has a dominant role to work productivity worker in embroidery handicraft industry Kemuteran Village Gresik, by giving 24,868%. The participant free variables is the second free variables which has a big role to work productivity in embroidery Handicraft industry Kemuteran Village Gresik, by giving effectively 22,102%. The third variables is training methods free variabels which has a role to work productivity at 19,123% to work productivity worker in Embroidery Handicraft industry Kemuteran Village Gresik. The fourth isare training materials which gives 12,401% to work productivity. The fifth is training duration free variabels which gives 8,313% to work productivity. While training facilities free variables gives 6,963% to work productivity worker in embroidery handicraft industry Kemuteran Village Gresik. Based on full regression analysis has been achieved regression equation model Y = 0.114X, + 0.107X2 + 0.278X j + 0.160X4+ 0.223X; + 0..2 53X6
