- This research was aimed to determine effect of equilibrasi time againts motility, viability and integrity membrane of Merino Sheep’s sperms in thinners vegetable lecithin. This research used Merino Sheep’s fresh semen that collected in artificial vagina and divided to three treatments. The first treatment (P1) was semen equilibrasi 1 hour. The second treatment (P2) was semen equilibrasi 1,5 hour. The third treatment (P3) was semen equilibrasi 2 hour. Experiment design used was randomized complete Draft (RAL). Data analysis using ANOVA (analysis of variant) and if it is different real continued with different test (the smallest real BNT 5%). The results showed that the inherent motility, viability and integrity membrane different treatment groups significantly with the first treatment.
