  • The purpose of this study is to identifity the result of biopotency test to laying hens in order to increase molting phase and egg production. Anti Prolactin is given intramusculary according to the respective treatment : during P1 Anti Prolactin is given within dosage of 50 μg/ml, during P2 Anti Prolactin is given within dosage of 100 μg/ml, during P3 Anti Prolactin is given within dosage of 200 μg/ml. Injection is given during beginning of molting process. The method used for this experiment is completely randomized desig with 4 different types of treatments witch each types consists of is repetition. Date acquired derived from the analysis that is using ANOVA (analysis of variant) method to determine the effect of each treatment, if treatment is giving a concrete/real result; then it would be folloed by BNT (the smallest different-real test) with significancy of 95% to determine the effect of each treatment. This experiment is using 60 laying hens molting phase within the age rage around 22 months. The result of this experiment showed that beetwen each treatment had a highly significant differences.
