Keyword: teachers' perception, Digital Literacy, Integration, and Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) The teaching English in today's era is considered different from the teaching English in the previous era. The reality shows that the enhancement of technology has brought the new ambience in today's teaching English as foreign language. Integrating digital literacy into teaching English as foreign language becomes a new trend in today's era. However, not all of teachers have the same perception to this case. The teachers might have different ways in perceiving the integration of digital literacy into teaching English as foreign language. Therefore, the researcher was interested to gain understanding related to the teachers' perception on the integration of digital literacy into teaching English as foreign language. The purpose of this study was to gain understanding of the English teachers' perception on the integration of digital literacy into teaching English as foreign language. The objectives of this study are: 1) to reveal how does the digital literacy be implemented in Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) at MAN 1 Ponorogo, 2) To describe the teachers' perception on the integration of digital literacy into Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) at MAN 1 Ponorogo, 3) to know the kind of problems faced by teacher in implementing digital literacy into Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) at MAN 1 Ponorogo, (4) To find out the solution given by the teachers in solving the problems in implementing digital literacy into Teaching English as Foreign Language (TEFL) at MAN 1 Ponorogo. This research employed qualitative approach and used case- study research design. Interview, observation, and documentation were used as the data collection techniques. The data were analyzed by using data reduction, data display, and data verification/ conclusion drawing. The result of this research revealed that (1) Teachers implemented digital literacy by employing students' ability in finding the material from internet. Here, the teachers' role is more dominant as facilitator. (2) English teachers in MAN 1 Ponorogo perceived that the integration of digital literacy is considered as the need of today's teaching English as foreign language, in integrating digital literacy; the creativity is needed, challenging, and giving positive impact. (3) The problems faced by teachers are about the availability of facilities, students' technological information skill, and students' mindset. (4) The problems in implementing digital literacy solved by providing complete facilities and giving motivation to the students to change their mindset.
