  • Tanjung Kelayang is one of the Strategic area in Belitung Regency Tourism development by the National Tourism Development Master Plan. Tanjung Kelayang is one of the mainstay of tourism in Belitung Regency. Judging from the availability of tourist facility in PantaiTanjung Kelayang not in accordance with the needs of tourist visitors. Therefore, this study purposes to produce an overview of the service quality of tourist facilities so as to produce the needs and perceptions of tourist to the satisfaction of the tourist facilities. Service quality tourist facilities are seen by tourist characteristics and components of travel facilities is accommodation, means of eating and drinking, shopping advice, common facility tours and travel services facilities. The analysis technique used is standard tourist facilities needs, Importance Performance and Customer Satisfaction Index. From the analysis of the quality of service facilities can be known facility has not been in accordance with the needs of tourist visitors and rank satisfaction of tourist to the facility so that the necessary improvement of the quality of the tourism product.by reference to the assessment and analysis is obtained picture of the needs and perceptions of visitors travel to the tourist facilities in Tanjung Kelayang travel Keywords: Tourism, Quality of Service, facilities
