  • This research based on main problem, which is the low of Employee Performace. This conditions predicted because of has not implemented of Division of Work dimensions at Agency of Unity of the Nation and Comunity Empowerment City of Bandung. The approach in this research about Division of Work and Employee Performace from Public Policy and Public Administration as master theory to develop science area of public administration. Research method is explanatory survey descriptive. This method used to explain social phenomenon which in this case used to check influence of Division of Work (X) as independent variable to employee performace (Y) as dependent variable. This research use quantitative analysis usage Path Analysis Method meant to know value of influence Division of Work variable to Employee Performace at Agency of Unity of The Nation and Comunity Empowerment City of Bandung either through simultan and also by parsial. Conclusion of the research that Division of Work influential in positive and significance to Employee Performace at Agency of Unity of The Nation and Comunity Empowerment City of Bandung. That accross the board Division of Work has been executed and implemented as according to Employee Performace dimensions. Keywords: public administration, division of work, employee performance.
