- If an investor wants to invest on a stock market, he must clever seeing the stock growth on the stock market generally. Beside that, there are many factors that must be understand, such as the connection between risk and return that may show, rate level, political situation, and global economy. One of the most important things that need to understand is the connection between risk–return trade-off. One of method that is use is Capital Asset Pricing Model (CAPM). The research discusses CAPM calculation method, especially on stock that is in LQ45 index. As comparison, researcher use Joint Stock Price Index from the Jakarta Stock Exchange, and SBI level.
