- The purpose of this research is to understand factor that influence risk and expected return that may comes up in investment. In doing some investment, investor is face on many risks. One of the risk is market risk. Beta is one of tool to measure the market risk by linier regression between individual stock price and joint stock price. Based on test with linier regression method, it can be concluded that financial ratio that become the variable independent of this research has no significant connection and influence on Beta stock
