- It is believed that the teaching of grammar to English for Specific Grammar (ESP) groups of learners is important. Teaching grammar in this context is not merely memorizing the forms or answering the grammar exercises from the text books. The lecturers have to think of how to teach grammar more communicatively. As such, the aim of this article is to discuss how to teach grammar in ESP contexts through communicative approach.
