- The teacher’s flats in West Jakarta were flats specifically designed for the teachers who teach in schools in Kebon Jeruk area and its surrounding. The relevance of building these flats was based on reality that some were living teachers far away from the schools. With such condition, the effectiveness and quality of teaching were reduced. Therefore, the flats building for teachers in Kebon Jeruk area was needed to fulfill not only the proper dwelling houses for teachers, but also can synergize with environment and climate around.
