  • Ths study has two objectives, the fimt is to know the influence of the service quality and v i npgro duct quality towards the image of PT Bank Sinarmas. The second is to know the influence of the service quality, saving product quality and the company image towards the customer loyality of PT Bank Sinarmas. The types of this study used is associative sun/ey and the analysis technique used is the path analysis. The data are obtained through a survey with questionaire as the main instrument which were distributed to the custumers of PT Bank Sinarmas Main Branch who were choosen as respondents. The results of the study indicates that the se~icequ ality and saving product qualily influencing the company image significantly. Besides, the service quality, the saving product quality and the company image influencing the custumer loydty significantly.
