- Gunanusa Utama Fabricators Company is one of the well-known fabrication companies that try to develop an Executive Information System for the company top level manager. The research purpose was to analyze the user needs to know what the user wanted. Analysis was done by interviewing top level managers then based on the interview, executive information system was designed according the user needs. Based on the analysis and design, the needed module was Human Resource, Project, Forecasting, and Finance. The four modules at the moment were enough to accommodate the information needs for the four departments, which are Operation, Commercial, Business Development, and Finance. Adding of module can be done, if needed for the company development. PT Gunanusa Utama Fabricators adalah salah satu perusahaan fabrikasi terkemuka yang sedang mencoba mengembangkan Sistem Informasi Eksekutif untuk para top level manager perusahaan. Tujuan penelitian untuk menganalisis kebutuhan pengguna guna mengetahui keinginan pengguna. Analisis dilakukan melalui wawancara dengan top level manager kemudian berdasarkan wawancara tersebut diberi rancangan Sistem Informasi Eksekutif yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan pengguna. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dan perancangan, modul yang diperlukan adalah modul Human Resource, Project, Forecasting, dan Finance. Keempat modul tersebut saat ini dirasa cukup untuk mengakomodir kebutuhan informasi bagi keempat departemen yang ada, yaitu Operation, Commercial, Business Development, dan Finance. Penambahan modul dapat dilakukan, apabila diperlukan untuk pengembangan perusahaan.
