- The management of Aprisma Indonesia Company faced problems of making a decision for their strategic goals for the next 2-3 years, and the project management related to the high retention of their available human resource. The objectives of this article were identifying operational structure of the company and the frequent problem that arises during the project. The method used for the project was done by analyzing the current business process and identifying company problems. Based on Incident Report Sheet, EVA analysis, Technology Analysis, and TAT Analysis it can be concluded that the company has the optional decision to make a new strategic goal more effectively and the operational can be run efficiently. Manajemen PT Aprisma Indonesia menghadapi masalah dalam pengambilan keputusan mengenai tujuan strategis dan manajemen proyek tersebut dengan retensi sumber daya manusia yang ada. Tujuan artikel adalah mengidentifikasi struktur operasional perusahaan dan masalah yang kerap muncul ketika projek berjalan. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah menganalisis proses bisnis yang berjalan dan mengidentifikasi masalah perusahaan. Berdasarkan Incident Report Sheet, analisis EVA, analisis teknologi, dan analisis TAT, perusahaan memiliki pilihan keputusan untuk membuat tujuan strategis operasional perusahaan lebih efektif dan efisien.
