- In this computerized era, Enterprises Resources Planning (ERP) took important role because with the system, management was able to make a fast and precise decision for the company interest, to judge the organization power, and to identify documentation flow and responsibility. Article discussed problem analysis in implementing the ERP. ERP has positive and negative influence for employee and company. ERP is better used for company having global orientation, that is a company with huge capital and big transaction.Di era komputerisasi, sistem Enterprises Resources Planning (ERP) berperan penting sebab dengan sistem tersebut manajemen mampu mengambil keputusan yang cepat dan tepat untuk kepentingan perusahaan, menilai kekuatan organisasi, dan mengidentifikasi arus dokumentasi dan pertanggungjawaban. Artikel membahas analisis permasalahan dalam menerapkan sistem komputerisasi terpadu. ERP mempunyai pengaruh positif dan negatif bagi karyawan dan perusahaan. ERP sebaiknya digunakan untuk perusahaan yang sudah berorientasi global, yaitu perusahaan dengan modal besar dengan jumlah transaksi yang besar.
