- Every organization wants a good quality in every aspect in it, but in reality, that does not happen. There are many things that cause it, for example there is a disorganized working, negligence that caused loss, absence problem, corruption (time, telephone, office facility for private interest), also many other things. If we trace it deeply, actually the things happen because of the character of the people inside the organization itself. To fix it, the program does not give much help. Law and rule also will not solve the problem. Here, what matters is the person, or more clearly, the character that based all bad behavior that shown every time
