- Company culture can help the company to gain the success that is wanted by the company. To be able to use the company culture maximally, company need to grow the equal value on every employee. Togetherness in following the same culture or value, can create unity and confident on every employee. When that happen, it will create a good and healthy working environment. Those environment can build a high creativity and commitment from the employee, so in the end they are able to fix the working performance and accommodate many changes in the company on to positive direction.
