- In our daily life, everybody tends to have consumption, whether they use for daily food, clothes, pleasure needs, or other needs. They need to expend for what they have earned before. The expenditure that they use is called household expenditure or household consumption. The expenditure is come from anyone since they born until they got die, meant that everyone must have to do consumption activities through their life. So, it means that the consumption activities hold the important role in human daily activities. There are so many kinds of goods and services have been produced and served to the society in order to fulfill their daily needs. The production activities emerged by the consumption activities. In the other hand, consumption activities exist because of someone has ability to produce. So, the final decision of consumption for every household is very important to affect the economics behavior through the city in case of long run term or short run term.
