- This thesis aimed to evaluate the implementation of The Land and Building Tax collection Rural and Urban Sector (Case Study in DPKA Padang). The kind of research is descriptive qualitative case study approach. The sample of the study using purposive sampling methode, which consist of officers DPKA Padang, Revenue Division. Collecting data in this study using a questionnaire instrument or questionnaire containing several question related to the topics covered. Data analysis methode used is the percentage of analysis and data analysis Miles and Huberman. The results showed that implementation of The Land and Building Tax collection Rural and Urban Sector in Padang in accordance with Act. No. 28 of 2009 on Local Taxes and Levies and also in accordance with the Joint Regulation of the Minister of Finance and Minister of Home Affairs No. 15 / PMK .07 / 2014 and No. 10 of 2014 on Preparatory Transfer Stages UN-P2 into Local Taxes.
