- The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the company's financial performance (Current Ratio, Cash Ratio, Working Capital Turnover, Debt to Equity Ratio, Long Term Debt to Equity Ratio, Return on Equity, Net Profit Margin, Earning Per Share, Price Earning Ratio, and Economic Value Added) to the stock price and stock return either simultaneously or partially on food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. The type of research is an empirical study, which is a type of research by studying books, journals and records relating to the matter under investigation. Samples from this study is food and beverage company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2009-2011. The results of this study was founding that as together or simultaneous independent variables are EVA, current ratio, cash ratio, working capital turnover, debt to equity ratio, long-term debt to equity ratio, return on equity, net profit margin, earnings per share, and price-earnings ratio effecting on stock prices, but no effect on stock returns. As individual or partial, EVA, cash ratio, earnings ratio, price-earnings ratio was effect on stock prices. For the dependent variable stock returns no independent variables that affect stock returns. Keywords : Financial performance, stock prices, and stock return
