- This study analyzed the implementation of the operational audit in improving the effectiveness of the Bank's lending activities Nagari branch of Bukittinggi. The purpose of this study was to obtain an overview of the implementation of the operational audit the activities of credit, operational audits determine whether the New York City branch has been adequate and to determine the role of operational audit in improving credit. The findings of this study concluded that sufficient operational audit role and increase the lending activities of Bank Nagari branch of New York City, where the Loan Performance KUR runs well and does not exceed the maximum limit set by Bank Indonesia NPL.
