- ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi kinerja Aparat Satuan Kapal Eskorta Koarmabar Jakarta. Faktor-faktor tersebut terdiri dari disiplin, kompetensi dan motivasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan analisis structural equation modeling. Pengambilan sampel pada penelitian ini menggunakan teknik purposive sampling dengan jumlah 100 responden Aparat Satuan Kapal Eskorta Koarmabar Jakarta dengan masa tugas minimal 3 tahun. Analisis model yang ditawarkan peneliti memenuhi kriteria discriminant validity dan inner model yang disyaratkan pada stuctural equation modeling. Hasil pengujian hipotesis antara lain: Disiplin tidak berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparat Satuan Kapal Eskorta Koarmabar Jakarta. Kemudian kompetensi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparat Satuan Kapal Koarmabar Jakarta. Sehingga semakin tinggi kompetensi Aparat Satuan Kapal Koarmabar Jakarta, maka akan semakin meningkatkan kinerja aparat secara keseluruhan. Serta motivasi kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja Aparat Satuan Kapal Eskorta Koarmabar Jakarta. Sehingga apabila motivasi ektrinsik karyawan meningkat, maka akan meningkatkan kinerja karyawan secara keseluruhan. Kata kunci : kinerja, motivasi, kompetensi, dan disiplin. ABSTRACT This study aims to examine the influence of factors affecting the performance of Eskorta Koarmabar Ship Unit Jakarta. These factors consist of discipline, competence and motivation. Data analysis was done by using structural equation modeling analysis. Sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique with the number of 100 respondents of Eskorta Ship Unit Koarmabar Jakarta with a period of at least 3 years. The model analysis offered by the researcher meets the criteria of discriminant validity and inner model as required in stuctural equation modeling. The results of hypothesis testing include: Discipline does not have a positive and significant impact on the performance of Ship Units Eskorta Koarmabar Jakarta. Then the competence has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Koarmabar Ship Apparatus Units Jakarta. So the higher the competence of Koarmabar Ship Apparatus Units Jakarta, it will further improve the performance of the apparatus as a whole. And motivation of work have a positive and significant impact on the performance of Ship Units Eskorta Koarmabar Jakarta. So if the employee's extrinsic motivation increases, it will improve overall employee performance. Keywords: performance, motivation, competence, and discipline.
