  • The study aims to measure the performance of the College implemented Quality Management System ISO 9001:2008 by using the method of Balance Scorecard. This type of research is eksplanatif where the research aims to find an explanation of why an event or symptoms occur using qualitative methods. The results of this research is a reflection of the relationship between the causal 9001:2008 ISO QMS implementation on performance STIE SUMBAR uses four perspective of Balance Scorecard. The research results obtained that four (4) perspective covering the Financial Perspective, the Customer Perspective, the perspective of Internal business processes and the learning and growth Perspective shows good performance in which the total score obtained is 9 points in 9 Key Performance Index (KPI) set, the figure above the minimal precondition set by the STIE SUMBAR. Viewed from the implementation of the ISO 9001:2008 has reached 89% in the field of employment and the remaining 11% report document is incomplete and is not available to the repair and improvement of future coming. Results of the study it can be concluded that the performance of the STIE SUMBAR has appropriate however STIE SUMBAR target predetermined quality but required an increase in the quality of the goal to further improve the performance of STIE SUMBAR in the future.
