- ABSTRACT This study examines the intellectual capital (IC) performance of listed banks in Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in the year of 2014-2016 using Value Added Intellectual Coefficient (VAICTM) model. It also analyses the relationship of IC components with financial performance. This research use 35 samples which have been obtained from banking industry that are selected using purposive sampling method, with the study period from 2014 to 2016. The method of analysis used in this study is multiple regression analysis. The resultsshow that IC performance of Indonesia banks is low and it is positively associated with bank financial performance indicators. However, when VAIC is split into its components, the relationships between these components and bank financial performance indicators vary.
