- This study aimed to know the influence of current asset , debt equity on asset,ttal asset turnover and return on asset on perceptions stock return real estate and property company. The methode used is asosiatif, populasi study are 47 companies whit purposive sampling techniques and of 47 companies taken 25 companies that meet kriteria, the technique used literature research. The data analysis method used multiple linear regression analysis by using SPSS program. From the result showed that current asset had negative significant influence, debt equity ratio had negative significant influence, total asset turnover had negative significant influence, and return on asset had negative on effect stock return.
