  • The study in this research is about analysis of the motivation influence, and training and coaching for employee performance at staffing and human resources department in the Padang city. The issues in this research are : (1) How influence motivation on employee performance at staffing and human resources departmen in the padang city. (2) How about the training and coaching for employee performance at staffing and human resources department in the Padang city. (3) How about motivation, training and coaching for employee performance at staffing and human resources department in the Padang city. In this research using descriptif analyse. This analysis for give deep arguement and implemented hypotesis that describe in quantitatif analyse, based on questioner list has been filled by employee. Then those data is analysed by statistic with using SPSS 16 application for windows to testing this research hypotesis with cover Multiple Regression analyse. The result shown there is positif influence and significancy between motivation and employee performance, there is positif influence and significancy between training and coaching for employee performance. There is positif influnce and significancy between motivation, training and coaching for employee performance. Based on statistic test from two variable research, conclude that training and coaching is most influential to raising employee performance in work.
