- The aim of this research is to analyze the effect of Government Spending for Education and Health on Human Development Index at 34 Provinces in Indonesia during 2011-2015. while also seeing how the relationship and influence of independent variables such as Government Spending on Education and Government Spending on Health to the dependent variable that is Human Development Index. This study uses time series for 5 years in the form of Panel Data. This study uses a General Least Square approach – Fixed Effect Model (FEM). Results of the study are Government Spending for Education (GSE) have negative and significant effect to Human Development Index in Indonesia while the Government Spending for Health (GSH) have positive and significant effect to Human Development Index in Indonesia.
