- An inventory of insects visitor of Coffea arabica Linn. has been conducted in Danau Kembar, Solok Regency, West Sumatera. The sampling was conducted at 11-14 October 2016. The purpose of the study was to determine the insects visitor species of Coffea arabica L. plantation. Observation and direct collection method by using insect net were used in this study. Insects were identified at Laboratory of Animal Taxonomy, Biology Department, Faculty of Mathematics and Natural Sciences, Andalas University, Padang. The results showed that 31 species of insects that belong to 30 genera, 25 families and 5 orders were recorded. The visitor insects were dominated by Diptera (11 species), Hymenoptera (11 species) followed by Lepidoptera (4 species), Coleoptera (4 species) and Orthoptera order (1 species).
