- This research was conducted from April until July 2015. The aim was to determine the extent to which phenotypic characteristics can be used to differentiate germplasma accessions and to determine the phenotypic variability and the degree of similarity of accessions from the locations studied. This research used descriptive methods and purposive sampling. Similarity analysis used the NTSYS program (version 2.02i). Three fruit shapes were observed: ovoid, globose, and oblate. Widely phenotypic variability was observed in branch internode length, cirrhus length, petiolus length, leaf area, fruit weight, the number for seeds per fruit, seed weight per fruit, and the weight of 100 seeds.
