  • The effort of Biofungisida development were effective, can take advantage of a proteomic approach is mainly to study the biological mechanisms involved in bacterial antagonistic activity against fungi. Proteomic studies from fungus has been seen from the expression through the inhibition of fungal or protein profile to provide detailed information related to the response to the presence of pathogenic bacteria antagonist. The purpose of this study was to compare the protein profiles between the fungus Colletotrichum gloeosporioides that interaction and uninteraction with the media isolates UBCR_12 PDB enriched with 2% peptone and 2% glucose. The method used in this study was experimental method and descriptive. The results showed differences in protein profiles between fungi C. gloeosporioides were cultured fungus single-cultured with bacteria UBCR_12 which was also influenced by the addition of nutrients 2% glucose and 2% peptone such signhtings upregulated and down regulated in protein bands. 2% peptone nutrition have a effect that encourages the inhibition of bacterial UBCR_12 against fungal C. gloeosporioides, with a value of 58,57 %.
