Daftar Isi:
- Microalgae Chaetoceros calcitrans, Dunaliella salina, Nannochloropsis oculata, Tetraselmis chuii were cultivated in BBM and BBM modified. The biomasses of this microalgae were extracted with maseration in hexane and methanol solvents. The antibacterial activity was tested against with Staphylococcus aureus and Escherichia coli to represent gram positive and gram negative bacterial. The diameter zone inhibition were compared with the interpretive standards criteria of microbial activity by CLSI. The hexane and methanol extracts of Chaetoceros calcitrans, Dunaliella salina, Nannochloropsis oculata, Tetraselmis chuii showed the resistant resulted.
