- This research aims to test the whether the current ratio, return on asset, return on equity and debt to equity ratio have significant influence on stock prices Textile and Garment companies that went public in the Indonesia stock exchange for period 2008-2012. The population of this research is the company engaged in the field of Textile and Garment Companies by using a sample of as many as 9 companies. The data source is the annual report of Textile and Garment companies that are publish in Indonesia Stock Exchange. While the analysis using the method of multiple regression. The results showed that the current ratio and debt to equity ratio do not have a significant effect on stock price. While the return on asset and return on equity has a significant effect on stock price. Simultaneously test result or (F test result) showed that all independent variables have significant effect on stock price.
