- The objective of this research is to examine the effect of working capital efficiency, liquidity, leverage, and growth of company to firm value at manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange over the period 2009-2012. Population of this research is all manufacturing company which listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange at a period time of 2009 to 2012, amounts to 138 companies. Sample choice by using purposive sampling method amounts to 27 companies. Analysis of data using linear regression The results of this research indicate that:1)Working capital efficiency had no effect on firm value. 2) Liquidity had an effect on firm value. 3) Leverage had no effect on firm value. 4) growth of company had no effect on firm value.
