- Objectives from this research is to knowing influence of Environmental Performance which is measured by PROPER and Environmental Disclosure which is measured by GRI on Firm’s Market Value which is measured by PBV. Object from this research is Mining companies listed in Indonesian Stock Exchange from 2010 to 2012. Sample of this research is 11 companies selected based on purposive sampling. Hypothesis test use Multiple Regression Analysis with SPSS (Statistical Program for Social Science).Result of this research is showing that Environmental Performance has significant influence on Firm’s Market Value with significance value is 0.040, while Environmental Disclosure has no significant influence to Firm’s Market Value with significance is value 0.800.
