  • Along with the development of communication technology, a communication tool used not as simple asit used to be but has become a communication tool sophisticated. One of the communication tools that experienced a lot of development is mobile phone (HP). Mobile phone industry is growth faster, and more integrated with technology support products such as social medias, FM radio, digital camera, MP3 player and so on. Mobile phoneis no longer just a tool to communicate, but now mobile phone has become a lifestyle, trends and prestige. As well as development of mobile phone industry, today this product innovated with the smartphone. This suitable with Malvia et al., (2013) said that a few years ago, a smartphone was a PDA (personal digital assistant) having the calling features like a mobile phone.
